About this tender

Overview Alpine Energy Limited is seeking proposals for the provision and implementation of a future-state Payroll solution to support the organisation's operational, compliance, reporting and workforce management requirements. About Alpine Energy currently supports approximately 217 employees and operates across two payroll environments following the amalgamation of Alpine Energy and NetCon. Purpose This project forms part of Alpine Energy's broader business transformation programme and seeks to consolidate payroll operations onto a single platform while improving automation, reporting, governance and integration capabilities. Scope The scope includes: Support for New Zealand payroll processing and compliance requirements Payroll administration Employee and manager self-service Reporting and auditability Payroll governance and ongoing legislative change support Integration with Alpine Energy's wider technology ecosystem, including HRIS, ERP, reporting and future workforce scheduling capabilities Support for future operational requirements, work-order costing and labour capitalisation obligations A practical transition from current-state systems Information Requested Vendors are encouraged to describe their solution architecture, integration capabilities, implementation approach and long-term product roadmap.
