About this tender
Overview Tiaki Wai is seeking data migration services to support the implementation of a suite of core applications, including a Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) platform and an Asset Management platform. About From 1 July 2026, Tiaki Wai became the water services provider for the Wellington region, operating drinking water, wastewater and stormwater services for around 432,000 people and stewarding nearly $9 billion of publicly owned assets on behalf of its five council owners and mana whenua partners. Its success depends on being efficient, effective on water safety, environmental compliance and economic performance, and trusted by its customers, its Board, its owners, and by the regulators. As part of its establishment, Tiaki Wai is undertaking a programme of work to implement its core applications, which require data currently held by the councils, service providers and Tiaki Wai systems to be migrated into the new platforms.
