Cashmere Avenue School has historical issues with slips at the northern end of playing field. This has reoccurred again during recent heavy periods of rainfall bringing down further debris. Access to the work site can be gained from across the lower playing fields. During winter, this is heavily bogged. Works will need to be delivered over a summer period and ideally over January 2027
