Overview The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking a main contractor to deliver the BLK 5 DQLS project at Blockhouse Bay Intermediate. Scope The scope includes: Interior construction works within a twin classroom block Partial window works, including louvre window replacement Uplift of ACM flooring and installation of new vinyl floor covering Carpentry works to enlarge the interior space into a new teaching space Contract Terms and Conditions Construction to commence on 18/12/2026 Construction to be completed by 25/01/2027 Site Inspection Site visits are to be arranged through the GETS Q&A Function. Tenderers must not contact the school directly. Instructions to Tenderers All communications with the buyer must be made via the GETS Q&A Function.
