RFT - Main Roofing Contractor for Blocks A, B - Roofing and Downpipe Replacement at Dyer Street School, Epuni, Lower Hutt

Overview The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking a main roofing contractor for Blocks A and B at Dyer Street School, Epuni, Lower Hutt, to carry out roofing and downpipe replacement works. Purpose The current 5YA has funding allocated to address the replacement of end of life roofing components on two buildings. Scope The scope includes: Replacement of pre finished metal roofing to both ends of Block B (hall) Relocation of heat pump outdoor units to the ground as part of the Block B roofing work Partial metal roofing and installation of improved pipe penetration flashings at the western end of Block A Renewal of three areas of translucent polycarbonate roofing on Block A Introduction of thermal insulation batts where metal roofing is replaced and access to the ceiling void is available
