Overview Napier City Council is seeking a competent supplier to provide inspection, testing where required, maintenance advice, formal reporting, and re-certification services for permanent roof anchor points, lifelines, and related height safety systems installed on Napier City Council buildings. About Napier City Council owns and operates buildings fitted with permanent roof anchor points and height safety systems. These systems are safety-critical and must remain compliant, appropriately certified, and safe for use by workers and contractors undertaking work at height. Purpose The outcome sought is a compliant, auditable and reliable re-certification programme that confirms the condition and certification status of the roof anchor and height safety systems.
