Overview The Social Investment Agency (SIA) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified suppliers to provide proactive managed services for its existing cloud-based production Azure environments, to ensure they remain available, reliable, secure, and well-governed. Scope The scope includes: Provision of proactive managed services for SIA's existing cloud-based production Azure environments Service delivery, incident management, and service-request management Regular maintenance activities Contributing to security and assurance activities Contributing to cost governance Performance reporting Contractor Requirements Demonstrated experience delivering production-grade managed services in regulated or public-sector environments Mature operational practices across service delivery, incident and service-request management, and regular maintenance activities Contract Terms and Conditions Initial contract term of 3 years Options to extend the contract up to a maximum term of 5 years Instructions to Tenderers Other details of requirements and pre-conditions are available in the tender documents.
