About this tender

Overview The Southland Council Consortium (SCC), issued through Environment Southland Regional Council, is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to acquire, process and supply four-band (RGBN) digital orthorectified aerial imagery and associated datasets for the 2026-2027 flying season. Scope The scope includes: Acquisition, processing and supply of four-band (RGBN) digital orthorectified aerial imagery and associated datasets for the 2026-2027 flying season Capture and delivery of cloud-free aerial imagery meeting the specified Ground Sample Distance (GSD) requirements for rural and urban areas Delivery of colour-balanced four-band (RGBN) digital orthorectified imagery in NZTM2000/NZGD2000 projection Provision of associated metadata, tile index layers, seamlines, flight information, and supporting documentation Contract Terms and Conditions All imagery and associated deliverables must be provided within the agreed timeframe and budget Deliverables must comply with the Southland Council Consortium Aerial Imagery Base Specification V1.0 (Appendix A), which is based on the LINZ New Zealand National Aerial Imagery Base Specification and adapted to meet the Consortium's regional and operational requirements Enquiries Contact: Trudy Saunders Email: Procurement@es.govt.nz Phone: 0273726051
