Tender Overview
About this advance notice
Overview Health New Zealand (Te Whatu Ora) intends to release, through the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS), an open Invitation to Participate (ITP) for a Strategic Delivery Partner, or Strategic Delivery Partners, as part of its Corporate Experience Programme. Purpose This notice gives early market visibility of Health NZ's intention to run this procurement process. Instructions to Tenderers The ITP is expected to be the first stage of a multi-stage procurement process under the New Zealand Government Procurement Rules (5th Edition). The ITP will set out the requirements, shortlisting criteria, process rules and timetable for participation. Subject to relevant approvals and the outcome of that process, shortlisted respondents may subsequently be invited to participate in Competitive Dialogue before submitting a final proposal or best and final offer.
