The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) intends to commence a procurement process for the supply of bibliometric data and associated services to support analysis and understanding of New Zealand's science, innovation, and technology system. Purpose The objective of this procurement is to identify a supplier that can provide comprehensive, high-quality bibliometric information and analytical capabilities that represent good value for money and can integrate effectively with MBIE's existing data and analytical environment, including support for the New Zealand Research Information System (NZRIS). Objectives MBIE is seeking a solution that will enable analysis of research performance, collaboration, outputs, impact, and trends across the New Zealand research system.
