About this tender
Overview The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking a main building contractor to undertake the relocation of the Block 1 & 3 student toilets and kitchen reconfiguration at Totara North School (the School). This RFT is for a main contractor only, and tenders for separate portions of the works will not be considered in any instance. Scope The scope includes: Repurposing the large resource/kitchen area into unisex student toilets, including an additional accessible toilet Reconfiguration of the kitchen as a smaller, more efficient use of space Repurposing of the existing student toilets into a resource room Contract Terms and Conditions The Contract Works will be delivered in one stage, wholly within the school holiday period of the December 2026/January 2027 Christmas holidays Instructions to Tenderers Additional rights for other projects of a lower value are included in this tender.
