About this tender
Overview Miles State High School is seeking expressions of interest from caterers for the 2026 Year 12 Valedictory Dinner, to be held at the Miles Leichhardt Centre. Scope The scope includes: Catering for the event, including cooking, table service and kitchen clean-up Provision of a suggested menu comprising hot nibbles for entree, an alternate drop or large tasting table for main, and an alternate drop for dessert Provision of options for special dietary requirements across the entree, main and dessert courses Catering for approximately 200 to 220 attendees, to be confirmed closer to the event date Instructions to Tenderers Interested businesses or organisations should contact the Miles State High School Business Manager on 07 4628 5111 or bsm@milesshs.eq.edu.au to obtain a Departmental Request for Quotation Package.
