About Mountain View Caravan Park is positioned in the heart of Biggenden, overlooking Mount Walsh, within the North Burnett region. The park is fully operational and set across 1.35 hectares of level, well-maintained land, with a proven trading history, immediate income and strong underlying demand from grey nomads, travellers and regional workers. Scope The scope includes: Operation of Mountain View Caravan Park, including 35 powered sites and 3 ensuite cabins across 1.35 hectares Operation of amenities blocks and facilities included with the leasehold Revitalisation of the caravan park and enhancement of the visitor experience Sustainable growth of the business to support tourism, local businesses and the broader North Burnett region Unlocking additional trading upside through improved marketing, dynamic pricing, revenue management and OTA integration Contract Terms and Conditions Long-term lease of up to 30 years, providing long-term operational security for the incoming operator Purchase of all existing assets included in the offering, including fixtures and fittings, cabins, amenities blocks and facilities, delivered as a turnkey operation Site Inspection Attendance: Inspections are by appointment only Arrange inspection: Contact Resort Brokers on 0432 766 788
