These events may include but are not limited to: • Summer Tunes (held in several parks across the Toowoomba region) • Australia Day • ANZAC Day • Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers – excluding FEASTival event • Over 80’s Christmas Parties Under this contract Council will require, but not limited to, the following equipment: • Microphones and stands. • Wireless microphones. • Speaker cabinets and stands. • Amplifier rack. • Digital system controller. • Digital mixing console. • Cable guard. • Foldback system. • All cabling. • Audio crew & tech for event duration. • DJ System with DJ to run music. • Indoor and Outdoor PA systems. • Stage lighting. • Staging equipment including skirting, steps, ramps, and dunnage. • Audio mixer. • CD Player. • Generators. • Winch-up speaker stands. • Directional wireless antennas. • Lecterns. • Wireless transmitter and receiver.
