TC26012 - Lot 173 Tamwoy Street, Badu Kitchen & Bathroom Upgrade Partial Kitchen Upgrade REPLACE KITCHEN CUPBOARDS: Disconnect all associated plumbing and electrical services and remove and dispose of the existing kitchen cupboards to the residence. Supply and install new kitchen cupboards and reuse benchtops. Provide a minimum of one bank of 4 Drawers, each drawer to have a minimum 100mm high drawer sides. Drawers are to be Blum Metabox or approved equivalent, including a Cutlery tray to top drawer. Provide a child deterrent cupboard (minimum 300mm wide) to be included in the bench cupboards. Doors, drawers and seen ends shall be 16mm thick colour board with 2mm PVC edging same colour as door material (Colour - TBA). Include 96mm chrome bow handles. Kitchen Cupboard carcass material to be constructed from 16mm ply laminated white, 1 mm white edging. Carcass is to be securely fixed. Hinges are to be Blum 107 degree hinges or approved equal. Cupboards are to be supported on either standard (complete ply laminated fronts) kicker or a 150mm high SS legs and frame with a removable laminated ply kick front. Sink and tapwear to be reused. Reconnection of water services including any relocation repairs as necessary and connect drainage to existing waste. Ceramic tile splashback to be remained. Overheads cupboards to be remained. Reconnect all associated electrical services. Bench tops to be commercial cleaned. All works to be sealed with appropriate sealants. Paint touch up all disturbed areas. SUPPLY AND INSTALL NEW PANTRY: Pantry to be constructed of 16mm white laminated ply carcus with 1mm white edging with 2 x 16mm Thick colour board doors with 2mm PVC edging same colour as door material. Unit to be 2100mm High and contain 5 Shelves. Pantry is to be installed in the location as shown on the Kitchen Plan.
