The Project forms part of Council’s ongoing investment in community sporting infrastructure to improve accessibility, functionality, and amenity for users of Council-owned recreational facilities. The works are intended to deliver durable, low-maintenance facilities that support year round sporting and community use. This is a construct only contract. Council has prepared documentation including architectural, civil, structural and services information to define the scope of works.
