All Tenderers must hold a QBCC Licence for either - Low, Medium or Open Building categories to be eligible. This is a PQC project. Where a PQC requirement is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System.
