Part of the property, being approximately 2112m2 (subject to survey), is offered for lease. The other building, located at the front of the land, is leased and is operated as the Millwell Road Community Centre. The property is in a ready state for occupancy and is available to lease with a maximum term up to 10 years. A proposed term greater than 10 years will require the applicant to progress a Reconfiguration of a Lot (subdivision by lease) Development Application. Respondents must satisfy themselves that they can adhere to all conditions of the draft Lease which aligns with their proposed use.
