About this tender
Overview The Department of Families, Seniors, Disability Services and Child Safety is seeking offers from organisations to deliver the Financial Wellbeing and Social Services Sector Recovery elements of the Community Development Program (the Program). Purpose The Program has been established in response to disaster events, being the Queensland Monsoon Trough, Cyclone Koji, Cyclone Narelle and Severe Weather commencing 24 December 2025. It forms part of an exceptional circumstances package jointly funded by the Australian and Queensland governments to support the recovery and future resilience of communities impacted by these events. Scope The scope includes: Delivery of the Financial Wellbeing element of the Program Delivery of the Social Services Sector Recovery element of the Program Supporting the recovery and future resilience of communities impacted across Northern and Central Queensland, and Southern and Western Queensland, in identified Local Government Areas
