Scope The scope includes: Connecting Kin (T210): targeted family mapping and engagement leading to new family connection or family members making application to be assessed as kinship carers (engagement focused) Equipping Kin (T211): supporting initial kinship carer assessments, including provisional approval assessments Equipping Kin (T211): providing all necessary supports to have kinship carers approved so they can commence caring (assessment focused) Outsourced non-government Connecting Kin and Equipping Kin services may work in conjunction with current regional Child Safety Finding Kin teams.
