Construction Works - Caloundra Town Square

Overview Sunshine Coast Council is seeking to appoint a Principal Contractor to manage, supervise and undertake the construction of a new Town Square on the corner of Bulcock Street and Otranto Avenue, Caloundra, on the site of the former Council administration building. Council is looking to engage one Principal Contractor to undertake the entire scope of works. Scope The scope includes: Extensive landscaping works Construction of a new pavilion Construction of an event lawn Construction of accessible pathways and embellishments Civil and landscaping works Architectural and structural works Hydraulic and electrical infrastructure Signage and wayfinding Contractor Requirements Provide all materials, plant and labour required for the works Perform all necessary operations of whatever kind to ensure successful completion of the works associated with the Contract Contract Terms and Conditions Works are anticipated to commence from 27 January 2027 Anticipated duration of approximately 6 months Tender Briefing An information session will be held on site, as per the details set out in Schedule 2 of the Invitation to Tender.
