About this tender
Overview Cook Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the design, supply, installation, commissioning and completion of a solar system at the Cooktown Events Centre, as described in more detail in Part 5, Scope. Scope The scope includes: Design, supply, installation, commissioning and completion of a solar system at the Cooktown Events Centre, with an approximate system size of 130kW (the contractor is to determine size suitability) Installation of the solar system as a carpark-mounted solar shade structure (roof-mounted systems will not be accepted) Full structural design of the carpark shade structure Cyclone-rated design suitable for Far North Queensland Integration with the existing carpark layout Drainage and stormwater considerations Electrical integration with existing switchboards Management of all aspects required to deliver a fully operational system, as this is a fully turnkey project Contract Terms and Conditions Works are to be completed before 30 June 2027
