Overview Central Highlands Regional Council is seeking to engage qualified lighting designers or consultants through this Request for Quotation to undertake the necessary site investigations and prepare a complete lighting design and technical specification for the Emerald Saleyards Delivery Yards. About The design is to consider the existing site conditions and lighting infrastructure to provide appropriate lighting solutions for the operational requirements of the area. The completed design and associated documentation will be used by Council as the basis for a subsequent procurement process for the supply, installation and commissioning of the lighting infrastructure. Scope The scope includes: Undertaking site investigations at the Emerald Saleyards Delivery Yards Preparing a complete lighting design for the Delivery Yards Preparing a technical specification for the lighting design Considering existing site conditions and lighting infrastructure in developing appropriate lighting solutions for the operational requirements of the area Producing design documentation for use by Council as the basis for a subsequent procurement process for the supply, installation and commissioning of the lighting infrastructure Contractor Requirements Qualified lighting designer or consultant Contract Terms and Conditions Start Contract Date: 09/10/2026
