Expressions of Interest are invited from licensed builders for the completion of refurbishments to the I-Block and Wellbeing Hub at Coomera Anglican College, 8 Days Road, Upper Coomera, QLD, 4209 I-Block Refurbishment approx. area is 403m2 and the project is Type B Construction Class 9b building. Wellbeing Hub Refurbishment approx. area is 284m2 and the project is Type C Construction Class 5 building. A select list of tenderers shall be chosen from those who have registered.
