Overview The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Tuckshop Upgrade at Bundaberg SHS, located at 37A Maryborough Street, Bundaberg South, QLD, 4670, as part of the Playground and Tuckshop Grant (PTG) program. Scope The scope includes: Design and construction of the Tuckshop Upgrade at Bundaberg SHS Refurbishment of the school's self service area to create a more efficient space Contractor Requirements Appropriate QBCC Builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works, with a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders' licence anticipated to be required for this project Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00, held in accordance with the contract Contract Terms and Conditions All works are to be completed by December 2026 Tender Briefing and Site Inspection Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.
