About this tender
Overview Seqwater is undertaking a two-phase procurement process to identify and engage suitably qualified Principal Contractors for the delivery of office accommodation buildings at the Mt Crosby and North Pine Water Treatment Plant sites. This is a design and construct opportunity. Scope Progressing the office accommodation building projects from 60% design completion through to Practical Completion Instructions to Tenderers Phase 1: Expression of Interest (EOI) Through this EOI process, Seqwater is seeking to identify and shortlist Principal Contractors for participation in the subsequent Request for Tender (RFT) phase. Proponents may submit a response for either site or both sites, as outlined in the Statement of Requirements. Respondents will not be disadvantaged based on their selection of one or both sites. Phase 2: Request for Tender (RFT) The RFT will be issued to the shortlisted contractors identified through the EOI process. The RFT is anticipated to commence in mid-October 2026, with contract award expected in late March to early April 2027.
