The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is seeking information from the supply market to inform business strategy and potential future sourcing scope and approach relating to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Solution products and associated services. TMR is seeking to gauge market capability to deliver a contemporary Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution, including associated maintenance and support services. This Request for Information will inform the development of an internal options analysis and subsequent procurement process for an IGA Solution and is intended to: (a) identify IGA Solutions that can integrate with TMR’s existing identity and access management environment; and (b) inform the scope, approach and affordability of the requirement within TMR’s available funding envelope. TMR considers the implementation of IGA capabilities to be a strategic, long-term investment in identity security and governance. This RFI will help TMR assess the cost, value and residual risk of available capability uplift options and confirm the scope of requirements for any future procurement. To support that assessment, TMR is seeking market information that enables a high-confidence estimate of the likely total cost of ownership, including: (a) solution pricing and licensing models; (b) licence tiers, user volumes and volume discounts; (c) ongoing maintenance, support and subscription costs; and (d) any other cost drivers relevant to preparing an internal funding submission, if required.
