About this tender
The Office of Industrial Relations (OIR) have recently completed a program of work as a part of an organisational strategy to improve the OIR service delivery. Subsequently, a case management solution for the Work Health and Safety (WHS) Compliance and Field Services and Statewide Investigations, and an Electrical License management solution for the Electrical Safety Office (ESO). The platform that these applications are built and run on is an Appian platform, which is branded internally by OIR as ‘RAPID’. OIR are looking to procure of Appian Cloud Hosted environments, Appian Licensing and Appian Support. OIR currently have five (5) Appian environments, which are being utilised for their intended purposes and operating safely under the limits of their allocated resources (CPU, memory, disk space). It is anticipated that additional storage in two (2) of the environments to test software defect fixes and features will be required.
