Level 3 Condition Assessment of Robert Road Reservoir

Overview Cairns Regional Council invites quotations from suitably qualified consultants to undertake a Level 3 condition assessment on Robert Road Water Reservoir. Scope Undertaking a Level 3 condition assessment on Robert Road Water Reservoir Instructions to Tenderers Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission to Tenderlink, using the response forms within the quotation documentation. It is strongly recommended that uploading of the quotation submission files begin at least two (2) hours before the closing time. Submissions must be fully received by the closing time. Late, verbal or emailed quotations may not be accepted and will be subject to Council's sole discretion. Submissions will not be opened publicly, and the lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted. Council reserves the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation, and may invite all Respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the quotation specifications. Contract Terms and Conditions Quotations are to remain valid for a period of 120 days from the Closing Time Enquiries Quotation enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the quotation. The forum will close three days prior to the closing time and date, and all questions, information requests and clarifications should be posted prior to this time.
