The department is seeking to procure a single supplier who is a Queensland funded Specialist Homelessness Service (SHS) Supplier under the Homelessness Program to fully operate the PTM services and provide the onsite specialist case management support. The property will be utilised as Temporary Supported Accommodation (TSA) operating as Immediate Supported Accommodation (ISA) for single adults and adult couples who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness, providing 19 places of TSA in the Logan LGA. The operational model is comprised of two service components: • PTM services in line with the Social Housing Program Specifications • TSA services in accordance with the Homelessness Program Guidelines Specifications and Requirements
