Project Overview: This project is to carry out home modifications work at 81A Mosby Street, Iama Island QLD 4875. Works shall be quoted for completion during normal hours and shall meet the requirements of this specification Provide QBuild Supervisor with SWMS for any high-risk work prior to starting work onsite. On award and prior to commencement of works the QBuild supervisor will arrange a Prestart Meeting with the successful tenderer to discuss any site/project specifics. This prestart meeting is mandatory and must be attended by the contractor’s representative. Please Note: At time of tender “Contractors” are required to provide a cost break up of each element outlined in the “Job Summary”. All measurements provided are approx. and for quoting purposes only. Contractor shall confirm all onsite measurements prior to undertaking works and/or any manufacturing.
