Project Overview: • The purpose of this tender is to undertake bathroom upgrade work at 90 Phillemon St, Warraber Island. Site Tenant Contact: Harry Pearson – Phone: 0459 177 726 • Works shall be quoted for completion during normal hours and shall meet the requirements of this specification as noted below. • Provide QBuild Supervisor with SWMS for any high-risk work prior to starting work onsite. • On award and prior to commencement of works the QBuild supervisor will arrange a Prestart Meeting with the successful tenderer to discuss any site/project specifics. This prestart meeting is mandatory and must be attended by the contractor’s representative. Please Note: • At time of tender “Contractors” are required to provide a cost break up of each element outlined in the “Job Summary”. • All measurements provided are approx. and for quoting purposes only. Contractor shall confirm all onsite measurements prior to undertaking works and/or any manufacturing.
