About this tender
The objectives of this engagement are to: Assess the current print environment to establish cost, utilisation, and risk baseline. Identify and recommend opportunities to reduce, standardise, and consolidate the fleet while maintaining (or improving) user experience and print availability including follow me printing options. Support sustainability through reduced waste and energy efficient devices. Transition to the approved future-state fleet and decommission redundant assets. Provide ongoing supply, lifecycle management, and proactive support of the optimised device fleet. NOTE: There is a mandatory in person site visit set for 21st April 2026, to submit a response to this tender you must attend the site visit.
