About this tender

Woorabinda Aboriginal Shire Council invites quotations from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction/refurbishment of OPAL Hall. The intent is to engage a suitably qualified contractor to deliver a high-quality refurbishment that delivers community with a long-lasting asset. Works are to be completed in accordance with approved design documentation, applicable guidelines, and best-practice construction methods. Closing at 5.00 pm, Monday 29th June 2026. Background information / Compatibility requirements The works include, but are not limited to: • Civil, structural, hydraulic and electrical works • Roof, Fascia, Gutter and Downpipe replacement • Removal of earth mound, old timber fence posts and trees to front of property • Design & Installation of front and rear stairs • Internal and external refurbishment • Construction of generator housing • Installation of diesel generator and connection to building • Generator to be supplied by WASC • Perimeter Fence and landscaping • Testing, commissioning and handover Tender Documentation includes: 1.
