Overview The Department of Primary Industries (DPI), through Research Infrastructure, requires the provision of cleaning services for Bribie Island Research Facility. Scope Cleaning tasks are completed on a scheduled basis, ranging from daily cleaning tasks to annual and on-demand activities. The scope includes: Flooring Window glass, sills and internal walls, ceilings Toilets, washrooms, showers and locker rooms Kitchen and breakout areas Office areas, hallways, lab rooms and furniture Contractor Requirements The supplier will be required to supply the required consumables, plant and equipment to undertake the services Contract Terms and Conditions The initial contract term is until 31 October 2027 Two (2) 12-month extension options are available The complete contract requirements are specified in Schedule 1 of the attached 'Contract Details' Tender Briefing and Site Inspection This RFQ has a mandatory industry briefing and site visit. Date: Tuesday, 18 August 2026 Time: 9:00am AEST Location: 144 North Street, Woorim QLD 4507 Attendance: Mandatory Suppliers must register for the site visit via email no later than 2:00pm AEST, Friday, 14 August 2026, to procurement@dpi.qld.gov.au.
