Overview The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of an Ed4All Disability access ramp to the oval at Kelvin Grove SC, located at L'Estrange Terrace, Kelvin Grove QLD 4059, as part of the Ed4All (ED4ALL) program. Scope The scope includes: Design and construction of an Ed4All Disability access ramp to the oval at Kelvin Grove SC Connection of the proposed ramp to existing accessible pathways leading to the oval, located on the North Eastern side of the site Contractor Requirements Appropriate QBCC Builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works, with a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders' licence anticipated to be required for this project Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000, held in accordance with the contract Instructions to Tenderers Contractors wishing to obtain tender documentation should contact Peter Millatt, Project Manager, at peter@honeywill.com.au with their company details, and tender documentation will be emailed to contractors. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers. Submissions close on 21/08/2026 at 3:00pm and must be submitted via email to tenders@honeywill.com.au
