Overview Rockhampton Regional Council is seeking to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement for a Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers for the supply of Traffic Control Services. Scope The scope includes: Supply of Traffic Control Services in accordance with the Austroads Guide to Temporary Traffic Management (AGTTM) Supply of Traffic Control Services in accordance with the Queensland Guide to Temporary Traffic Management (QGTTM), Department of Transport and Main Roads Supply of Traffic Control Services in accordance with the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) Supply of Traffic Control Services in accordance with AS1742 Supply of Traffic Control Services in accordance with the Transport Operations (Road Use Management) Acts and Regulations as referenced in the MUTCD Contractor Requirements Suppliers must be registered with the Department of Transport and Main Roads, Traffic Management Registration Scheme Suppliers must maintain this registration during the term of the Arrangement
