Overview Southern Cross University (SCU) is seeking a Building Services Engineer to support the renewal of its Gold Coast Campus. Scope The scope includes: Provision of an integrated building services engineering commission covering mechanical, electrical, vertical transportation, acoustic and ecologically sustainable design services for the Project Working closely with the Project Manager, Architect and all Other Consultants to ensure building services requirements are integrated into the Master Plan and subsequent design development Establishing the condition, capacity, constraints and opportunities of existing building services and infrastructure Informing the assessment and development of Master Plan options Developing coordinated building services solutions through Concept Design Identifying any required upgrades, enabling works or infrastructure interventions Defining the technical and performance requirements necessary to achieve Design and Construct (D&C) procurement readiness Providing SCU with a clear basis for subsequent design and delivery of the Project
