What the buyer is requesting Details Bundaberg Regional Council (Council) requires the timely, reliable and cost-effective supply and delivery of office paper products, general office stationery, selected office catering products and selected office hygiene products across its various administrative and operational locations throughout the Bundaberg Regional Council local government area, including Bundaberg, Gin Gin and Childers. These goods are required to support Council’s day-to-day business activities, administrative functions, community service delivery and operational service obligations. Council is seeking to establish a preferred supplier arrangement with a suitably experienced, capable and commercially competitive supplier that can provide: a) a broad and practical range of commercial office and stationery products; b) reliable delivery to Council locations within the Bundaberg Regional Council boundary; c) transparent and competitive pricing; d) an efficient online ordering system; e) an accurate invoicing and account reporting; f) responsive account management; g) environmentally preferable and recycled product options where practical and commercially viable; and h) a service model that supports Council’s operational requirements across both administrative and regional locations. The proposed arrangement will be for an initial term of three (3) years, with two (2) further extension options of one (1) year each, exercisable at Council’s discretion. The maximum potential contract term is five (5) years.
