Overview Cassowary Coast Regional Council is seeking a contractor to supply and install water main renewals in Tully, covering Bamber Street, Kirk Street, Dowzer Street, and Bryant Street. Scope The scope includes supply and installation of water mains complete, including excavation, bedding, backfill, special pipes, fittings and thrust blocks for the following works: Bamber Street (WM01) Supply and installation of approximately 428m of open Type C trenched DN150 PVC-M RRJ PN16 water main, valves, hydrants, connections, thrust restraints, and fittings as specified (refer to Project Drawings, FNQROC SD S2016, CCRC Standard Drawings 15034-V1 to 15034-V7, and FNQROC Specification S5 for bedding and backfill requirements) Supply and installation of approximately 22m of open Type M-1_CCRC trenched DN150 PN35 DICL water main, valves, hydrants, connections, thrust restraints, and fittings as specified (refer to Project Drawings, FNQROC SD S2016, CCRC Standard Drawings 15034-V1 to 15034-V7, and FNQROC Specification S5 for bedding and backfill requirements) 12 Property Connections, 20mm ID Chorblue POLY Class 20, supply pipes, sawcut, trench, lay, bed, joint, backfill, disinfection and resurface to lines and levels shown on construction drawings, including detector tape and Cadia Part No. 69562 toby boxes with DN100 PVC riser at ferrules (no road crossing)
