BCC00575 - Pilates - Stretch and Balance Instructor (COB058694) The Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver Pilates - Stretch and Balance classes as part of its Community Centre Programs. The successful Contractor will be required to: · Deliver five (5) x 1 hour classes per week (excluding public holidays) or approximately 245 classes per year across Council community centre locations. · Provide classes that vary in intensity, difficulty and technique to cater to a broad range of participants, including beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. · Design and facilitate inclusive, safe and professionally delivered sessions that promote strength, flexibility, balance and overall wellbeing. · Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and programming to respond to community demand, seasonal trends and Council requirements. · Work collaboratively with Council staff to support program promotion, reporting requirements and continuous improvement. The Contractor must hold appropriate qualifications, insurances and industry registrations relevant to the delivery of Pilates and group fitness instruction.
