The Corporation of the City of Campbelltown (Council) invites Expressions of Interest from Registrants for the sustainable energy transformation of the ARC Campbelltown, comprising of the following activities and associated site works (the Goods & Services): 1.1.1 Activity 1: Integration of a new 360kW high-efficiency heat pump system to the existing gas hot water heating and facility building management system (BMS). 1.1.2 Activity 2: Integration of a new 600kWDC/500kWAC solar shaded car park 1.1.3 Activity 3: Integration of 600kW/1MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) 1.2 The Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from Registrants: 1.2.1 That are suitably qualified and experienced to act as Lead Consultant to provide end-to-end services for the design, procurement, and delivery of the ARC sustainable energy transformation project. 1.2.2 The Lead Consultant may be a single entity or a consortium and is expected to include (either in-house or via joint venture / subcontracting arrangements) all necessary capabilities to deliver the project, including design, engineering, supply, installation, construction, commissioning, and handover. 1.2.3 The Lead Consultant will act as the single point of accountability to Council and will be responsible for managing all project phases from concept through to operational handover.
