Most Education Department sites include canteen facilities that cater for students before school, at recess, and at lunch. There is a growing need to contract the services supplied within these canteens to external providers, and the Minister is empowered to make arrangements for the provision of canteen services to schools. Christies Beach High School is seeking a third-party provider to supply on-site canteen services. Scope The scope includes: Provision of on-site canteen services at Christies Beach High School Catering for students before school, at recess, and at lunch Servicing a current enrolment of approximately 709 students and 131 staff
