Cemetery Services - Management & Audits

Overview The City of Onkaparinga is undertaking a coordinated procurement process for two complementary cemetery service contracts that together support the effective administration, operation, compliance and long-term sustainability of Council's cemetery services. Purpose Together, these services will assist Council to maintain accurate cemetery records, improve regulatory compliance, enhance customer service outcomes and ensure the respectful management of cemetery assets and interment rights. Scope The scope includes: Delivery of ongoing Cemetery Services Administration and Management services Delivery of a Cemetery Records Audit and Interment Rights Renewal project Instructions to Tenderers Given the interconnected nature of the services and the benefits that may be achieved through integrated service delivery, Council intends to appoint a single Tenderer for the delivery of both contracts and will evaluate submissions on that basis. Notwithstanding this intention, Council reserves the right to award one or both contracts separately and may engage different Tenderers for each contract where this represents the best value outcome for Council. Tenderers may submit a response for one or both contracts, however each contract will remain subject to a separate award determination by Council.
