Campbelltown City Council (the Council) invites Tenders from Tenderers for the provision of the supply of Cleaning Services for Council buildings within Campbelltown City Council, comprising of the routine internal cleaning of buildings, including reception areas, foyers, hallways, offices, desk and tables, meeting rooms, training rooms, sick room, kitchens and kitchen utilities, lunch room, amenities, toilets and showers in order to maintain a neat, tidy, safe and hygienic state for use by employees and members the public at all times. (the Goods/Services/Works). Briefings Site Visit for Cleaning Services for Council Buildings 2026 A briefing session will be held at 172 Montacute Road, ROSTREVOR, South Australia, Australia, 5073 on 8:30 am 30 June 2026. Notes: The site briefing will start at the Campbelltown Council Administration Building (172 Montacute Rd Rostrevor – Enter west door) on Tuesday 30/06/26 at 8:30am and shall then travel to inspect each site. Contractors must make their own way from site to site. This start time allows for inspection without disruption to services. A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
