For more information regarding the University please visit the website at: click here ABOUT THE RFP The University is seeking an experienced supplier to develop a data archiving strategy and framework to support the consistent, compliant and scalable management of historical application data. The engagement will include defining classification, retention and access approaches, and delivering practical artefacts and guidance to support both legacy system decommissioning and ongoing archiving needs. ENQUIRIES must be directed via the online forum in the etender portal. The online forum will be open for enquiries until 4pm (ACST) on Friday 19th June 2026. Staff of the University are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. SUBMISSIONS Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box on the etender portal. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the online manual on the portal under Support/Online Manuals/Making a Submission The University is not bound to accept the lowest priced Proposal, or all or any part of a Proposal and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Proposal process and select the successful tenderer as it sees fit.
