About this tender

Overview The City of Tea Tree Gully is seeking a contractor to design and construct new clubrooms for the Tea Tree Gully Croquet Club, including demolition of the existing clubrooms and construction of a new clubroom building, storage shed, driveway and associated civil works. About The design included in the attached documentation has been developed to meet the functional requirements of the City of Tea Tree Gully (CTTG) and the Tea Tree Gully (TTG) Croquet Club. The proposed clubroom consists of a function area, kitchen and bar, amenities and storage facilities, and has been spatially arranged to meet the current and future needs of the club. The site presents challenges including proximity to a large, regulated tree and existing termite presence. The location of the building was chosen to avoid impact on tree protection zones, and a lightweight steel building without any use of timber is the preferred option by CTTG to avoid future termite issues. This design has been reviewed and endorsed by CTTG and the TTG Croquet Club. No specific sporting association design guidelines were used for the preparation of this project; however, the project has followed standard design practice for these types of spaces based on similar sporting club requirements. Scope The scope of works for this project includes but is not limited to the following: Main Building Male, female and access WC amenities Circulation space Clubroom/function room Kitchen and bar Club storage External Works New shed New driveway New landscaping Site civil works Complete demolition of the existing clubrooms Contractor Requirements The project shall comply with the current National Construction Code, Australian Standards and any standards set down by local authorities Enquiries CTTG Tenders: tenders@cttg.sa.gov.au

Answer every criterion with evidence

Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.
