Campbelltown City Council (the Council) invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultants for the provision of Landscape Architecture professional services under a single‑provider contract for a period of four (4) years. The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to appoint one consultant to be an exclusive Professional Services Partner for Council on an as‑required basis over the contract term, in accordance with the high level proposed conditions of the Contract set out in this RFT. The successful Tenderer will be appointed as Council’s Professional Services Partner for specified Services as determined by Council through this RFT process. Council may, at its discretion, appoint the successful Tenderer as the exclusive provider for Landscape Architecture Services under the Contract. Where exclusivity applies, it will be limited to the relevant category of Services identified by Council and will be subject to the terms of this RFT, the Contract and Council’s ongoing requirements. Engagements will be initiated by Council as required through the RFT Process outlined in this RFT. While Council intends to utilise the Services of the successful Tenderer during the term of the Contract, no guarantee is given as to the volume, frequency or value of work. The Tenderer will be required to work collaboratively with Council officers and stakeholders and deliver services in a professional, timely and efficient manner, consistent with industry best practice and Council’s obligations as a public authority. A strong tender response is clear, compliant, and backed by evidence. These steps apply to most Australian and New Zealand public tenders.
Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.
Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.
Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.
Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
