Overview The City of Salisbury (the Council) invites tenders for the provision of the Main Street & Light Common Roundabout, Mawson Lakes (the Works). The Council will enter into a Contract for Works with the successful tenderer. Scope The works comprise the civil construction associated with the roundabout at Main Street and Light Common, Mawson Lakes. The scope includes: Demolition and removals Earthworks Pavement reconstruction Kerbing and spoon drains Pedestrian ramps and footpaths Driveway and crossover works Stormwater drainage Pavement treatment Line marking and signage Service protection and adjustment Lighting works interface Reinstatement of disturbed areas Contractor Requirements The Contractor shall construct the works strictly to the Contract Drawings, the Specification, and the nominated referenced standards The drawings include the project-specific dimensions, levels, pavement treatments, drainage layouts, kerb types, pedestrian facilities, traffic control, and other details
