Overview The University of Adelaide is seeking a contractor to design and construct a new roof for a poultry shed at the Roseworthy Campus. Part of the existing roof was damaged in a storm event, exposing the interior to the elements, and due to this damage and the poor condition of the remaining roof panels, the decision has been made to re-roof the entirety of the shed. For more information regarding the University please visit: https://www.adelaide.edu.au/about/ Scope The scope includes: Design and construction of a new roof for the poultry shed at the Roseworthy Campus Provision of a designed solution for Adelaide University approval Procurement associated with the roof replacement works Construction management of the installation and any required subtrades A full scope of services and requirements is provided as part of this RFT. Instructions to Tenderers Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box on the etender portal. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. The University is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender, or all or any part of a Tender, and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful tenderer as it sees fit. Staff of the University are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. Late, verbal or emailed tenders will not be accepted. Enquiries Enquiries must be directed via the online forum in the etender portal. The online forum will be open for enquiries until 5:00pm (ACST) on Wednesday 16 September 2026.
